The Management of Bongshai E&C regards the promotion of Health and Safety measures as a mutual objective for themselves and their employees. In order to prevent industrial accidents and guarantee that its project is always carried out in an environmentally friendly. The company has followed the project, local, regional, and international HSE rules and regulations.
Therefore, it is the Policy of the Management of Bongshai E&C. to do what is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury, damage to property, and harm to the environment, and to protect everyone from the foreseeable hazard and danger, including the public, in so far as they come into contact with the company or its activities.
In particular, the Management of Bongshai E&C recognizes its responsibility:
- To encourage and maintain a positive health and safety culture.
- To ensure that hazards to which our employees and clients may be exposed are identified and a system of controls is set and complied with.
- To actively pursue improvements in the Company’s health and safety performance and systems.
- To promote a positive approach to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- To provide appropriate resources for employee health and safety training
- To periodically audit the health and safety management system and ensure compliance with the policy.
- To provide sufficient resources to enable the implementation of the policy.
The ultimate responsibility for health, safety & environment is that of the Company Management Team. Implementation of this policy is a line management responsibility with active participation at all levels of all employees.
This policy and its implementation will be reviewed as necessary by the Company to meet new legislation and business requirements. Health and Safety Bulletins are to be utilized between full reviews to implement changes in legislation and policy.
The line management shall ensure that this policy and associated documentation, are brought to the attention of all company employees at all locations with whom relevant consultation will take place.
